JOB DESCRIPTION
Memeo, one of the fastest growing digital life management companies in the world, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to be responsible for its financial, operating, and marketing reporting systems and processes. The responsibilities of this position include business modeling, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, marketing campaign analysis, and operating metrics analysis.
EXPERIENCE
Memeo is looking for a stellar individual with a strong history of performance in business modeling, financial analysis, and marketing analysis. Expert analytic skills are required as well as the potential and desire to succeed. We're looking for candidates with the following experience:
- 5+ years of business experience
- Business Modeling: Ability to model revenue and gross margin contribution from various distribution, promotion, commerce, and subscription opportunities. Determine return on investment from specific partnership distribution channels, pricing changes, and emerging business opportunities
- Forecasting: Provide monthly forecasts for the Memeo business based on the most recent data from key business drivers
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide top line monthly summaries on key values in the income statement and the associated data driving those results
- Marketing Campaign Analysis: Experience with analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns including online CPC and advertising campaigns, online affiliate programs, e-mail marketing, online purchasing flows, and OEM distribution campaigns
- Operating Metrics Analysis: Extensive experience with measuring and reporting key operating metrics including distribution volumes, attach rates, lifetime value per customer, churn rates, etc.
- MBA preferred, BA required

Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts
JOB DESCRIPTION
Memeo, one of the fastest growing digital life management companies in the world, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead its partnership development activities. The Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts serves as the primary liaison between Memeo and the partner and is responsible for complete partner satisfaction. The responsibilities of this position include overseeing the implementation of various product and marketing programs with partners, expanding distribution opportunities with existing partners, and ongoing communication with partners including monthly reporting, Memeo product updates and enhancements, and other partner inquires.

- 5+ years of business experience
- Hands on experience with account management and partner marketing
- Oversee the implementation of various product and marketing programs with partners. Work with partners to identify requirements for product and marketing plan implementation, communicate requirements to internal and external product and marketing teams, and oversee the implementation of the programs
- Expand distribution opportunities with existing partners; ability to identify and prioritize potential distribution opportunities based on the synergies of the potential opportunity, distribution volume of the partner, and potential return on investment
- Identify key people within the partner organization and establishing contact with those individuals. Able to set up meetings with key individuals and consistently follow up with those companies during the partnership development and expansion process to ensure objectives are met
- Extensive experience with introducing products to partners through presentations and product demos and presenting clear partnership opportunities
- Experience with analysis of marketing metrics including forecasting planned marketing efforts and analyzing results from various partner marketing programs
- Ongoing communication with partners including monthly reporting, Memeo product updates and enhancements, addressing product support questions, and other partner inquires
- Experience with managing accounts in the following markets: hard drive OEMs, USB flash drive OEMs, consumer and SOHO networking equipment OEMs, computer OEMs, security and photo software development companies, broadband ISPs, web portals, digital camera OEMs, and mobile handset OEMs
- MBA preferred, BA required

The Commerce Director will be responsible for increasing the member lifetime value of the Memeo customers and optimizing purchasing paths and increasing ARPU.

- Commerce Infrastructure: Experience with merchandising infrastructure including web commerce engines, CRM management tools, web tracking tools, etc.

- Extensive contacts with decision-makers in the leading companies from the following markets: hard drive OEMs, USB flash drive OEMs, consumer and SOHO networking equipment OEMs, computer OEMs, security and photo software development companies, broadband ISPs, web portals, digital camera OEMs, and mobile handset OEMs
- Ability to identify and prioritize potential distribution partners based on the synergies of the potential relationship, distribution volume of the potential partner, and likely economic terms of a partnership
- Strong track record of identifying key people within the target organizations and establishing contact with those individuals. Able to set up meetings with key individuals and consistently follow up with those companies during the partnership development process
- Extensive experience with introducing products to partners through presentations and product demos and identifying and presenting clear partnership opportunities
- Experience with structuring distribution partnerships (bundling, bounty, royalty, revenue share), commerce relationships (CPC, CPM, CPA, revenue share), and technology licensing partnerships
- Experience with setting up reseller and VAR channels to distribute software to small and medium size businesses
- Experience with establishing affiliate marketing partnerships
- Experience with marketing software via retail channels a plus
- Experience with negotiating contracts with partners including all business, economic, and legal terms a plus

EXPERIENCE

- 5-7 years of marketing experience
- Experience with online marketing campaign management, including deployment, campaign performance tracking and campaign analysis.
- Experience with analysis of website analytics: page views, click-thru, downloads, cross sell, up sell or other web-related metric tracking.
- Ability to track, measure and analyze marketing campaigns, establish media test methodologies and analyze test results.
- Experience managing the design or build of web technology.
