Where can I find my product key?

Depending on how you have received Memeo software, you can find your product key by doing the following:

I purchased Memeo software from Memeo.com

Please check your email. Along with the confirmation of your purchase, you will also receive a serial number in the same message. Our support team will also be able to retrieve your product key if you purchased the program from our site. Please contact us by using the Support Contact Form above and be sure to include the email address that you registered when purchasing the software.

Memeo software came bundled with my Buffalo hardware

The product key can be found on the disc sleeve which carried the Memeo software CD. There will be a sticker on the sleeve that contains the product key.

Memeo software came bundled with my Seagate hardware

There should be a product key on the back of your product literature that will unlock your software past the trial period. This product key is attached to your “This Won't Take Long" guide that came with your Seagate hardware.

Memeo software came bundled with my WD hardware
The following Western Digital products below are packaged with a product key:
My Book Home, My Book Office, My Book Studio, My Book World
If your Western Digital product did not come with a product key, WD Anywhere Backup will automatically register the software for you. Please make sure you have internet access and that your device is connected to your computer.

Memeo software came bundled with my Netgear hardware
Memeo Backup will automatically register the software for you. Please make sure you have internet access and that your device is connected to your computer.

Your product key can be found in the installation manual, on a sticker, in the technical support section.

How do I register my software and how do I know if I’m registered?

There are two ways that you can register your copy of Memeo Backup.

1) At the start up of Memeo Backup, you will be prompted with 3 options: Buy Now, Use Trial Version, and Enter Product Key. Please select 'Enter Product Key' and enter in your serial number.

OR

2) In the main window of AutoBackup, under the 'Help' menu. Select 'Register' and enter in your serial number.

If you cannot perform any of these options then your copy of Memeo Backup should be registered.
